The victim, Ronald Thomas, 27, was sitting in a white Mercedes Benz GLA 250 and was arguing with a woman shortly before a gunman rolled into another vehicle around 12:15 a.m. Sunday and shot him dead in the head, police said. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a Frederick Douglass house at 102 West Amsterdam Avenue, about a mile from the NYPD’s 24 Precinct Station. A woman who was in the vehicle with the victim is talking to the police.
