Judd Trump – Ronnie O’Sullivan

12: 45-16: 00

Sullivan 13-8 Trump

He is not under pressure from Jade, but this was a delicious dish from Ronnie. A 64 sorts the box and leads by five once again. If he had been wiped in that session, he would indeed have the crucible buzzing, but he will be more relaxed in his cup of tea now. World Championship ‘Can I check please ??’ – O’Sullivan refuses to move as the referee has to dismiss his complaint 41 MINUTES BEFORE Here we are, we will be with you again in 15 minutes.

Sullivan 12-8 Trump (54-45)

There is an awkward red near the left rail, but everything else seems to be routine for Ronnie. Arranges a fast 46, but can not be stunned and go through two pillows to land on the red bottom left. What a nice shot he played here though – the red minute has slipped over the table and down right, and he’s in the green! You will need up to coffee for the frame.

Sullivan 12-8 Trump (7-45)

Judd loses his position for a while after landing straight on black, but regains his next shot to throw a red in the left midfield and land on pink. However, this could be the first major swing of the day. Judd loses a plant in the right middle, high in the joint, and lets Ronnie in with a chance to face.

Sullivan 12-8 Trump (7-16)

If Judd wipes out this mini session, then a cat will actually meet a bunch of pigeons. He takes a look at a red down right after Ronnie’s break-off shot, but missed it a lot and left one in the center left. It’s Ronnie’s first chance for a while, but he misses a black from his bottom right and is another chance for Judd. At first, Jade opens the pack when she puts in a red, and lands on the black.

Sullivan 12-8 Trump

There are three in a row for Jad, as he sails over the winning line in the frame with a break of 46.

Sullivan 12-7 Trump (0-54)

Ronnie fails to escape the snooker that followed in the first attempt, he succeeds in the second, but this gives Judd the window to throw a red on the table and bottom right. There is so much pressure on him with the lead that Ronnie has, but so far he does it a little. He adds another 19 and counts, and wants to win this mini session and get that argument in the evening session.

Sullivan 12-7 Trump (0-31)

Jade is warming up here. He caresses a long red bottom right and gets a handy kiss in the cafe that gives him a chance to return to the table. The break reaches 23 when Judd throws the blue in the left middle, develops the package and the frame is open for him now. Getting in and out of the baulk does not work for him, however, as he grabs his coffee and ends up staying there, and that’s the end of the break.

Sullivan 12-7 Trump

The balls are well placed for snooker here, and Ronnie gets four points from one when Judd comes off. A double kiss on his next attempt from D, however, leaves the red bottom right for Judd. Another 30 are added, with Judd doing his naughty snooker in blue and pink, and that’s the frame.

Sullivan 12-6 Trump (21-67)

Jad starts punishing and everyone is there for him. He reaches half a century with the black and throws perfectly behind the frame red ball, which he throws with the rest, and the black that follows takes care. Ronnie returns to the table in need of three snookers and will do so, more than anything else to disrupt Judd’s early pace here.

Sullivan 12-6 Trump (21-8)

It’s a lonely red and none other than Ronnie in response, but his patience pays off when Judd wears a safe and leaves a cut in a red on the bottom right. Ronnie throws it in, picks up the coffee, quickly takes the black to his physical home and these are the situations in which Ronnie has been ruthless for the last fortnight. Surprisingly, he misses an almost straight red bottom left, and he served it perfectly for Jade.

Sullivan 12-6 Trump (7-8)

Ronnie slips with a long red as a shot to zero to start frame 19 and is in control of the safety exchange that follows. Judd catches the pink first on such a shot to give six away and then survives losing a fine cut to a red and leaving Ronnie near the bottom cushion when no easy pot is offered as a result. It’s an interesting start from Ronnie, who turned down some big ones. he does not have to force it, so he just tries to rely on Jade until he forces a mistake. However, he made a mistake here, leaving a red bottom right. Jad slips it in, pushes the white to go through the package and is in pink. It’s a chance, but he soon has a tough black to go on. “Sometimes you just have to say no,” says Joe Johnson in the comments. Avoiding this ethic, Jade takes it down to the right and has lost it.

Sullivan 12-6 Trump

Every journey begins with a single step as they say. Judd opens with a 107 to get the frame.

Sullivan 12-5 Trump (22-58)

A bold cut in black along the rail by Judd quickly turns it into a chance to win the frame. He needs another good recovery shot a few moments later and finds it, sliding a pink in the right middle from an acute angle and he has this break under control now. A red bottom right highlights its half century and lands the white straight on the pink. a couple of reds even that will happen.

Sullivan 12-5 Trump (22-8)

With no other plan available, Jade tries to make a difficult plant down the left, and he loses it. This leaves Ronnie shy in a tough red in the left midfield. He was in an aggressive mood throughout this final and he manages to do it, he nails it and he is in the blue, but the position soon leaves him. This is another leave for Judd in this context. The reds are spreading very dangerously here, and whoever enters afterwards will have a load. Ronnie then loses a minute of contact security and Judd restores it, causing more headlines and mockery in light of what happened yesterday. In the second attempt, Ronnie cuts the red but makes a career in the blue and leaves Judd inside.

Sullivan 12-5 Trump (16-4)

Ronnie starts as the session opens with a turn of the security game. However, he is in now, as Jade plays in a heavy long red bottom left and does not fall. This leaves Ronnie easy to start and looks like a good opportunity until a rule in a close red leaves Ronnie with nothing and ends his break at 16.

here you go

Rob Walker introduces the players to a Crucible Theater fully enhanced. They have paid a lot to be here today and will want to spend as much as they can from this experience. Let’s discuss it then. either Ronnie will become the oldest Crucible champion and equal Stephen Hendry’s record for seven modern-day world titles, or Judd will make our jaws hit the floor with a comeback for centuries. Down with the eyes, let’s have it.

For your digestion

We have about 15 minutes to get here, so in the meantime, why not give yourself a great read on why this game and this tournament are so exciting and addictive.

Happy birthday fast

The Wind is 60 today. Many happy returns Jimmy!

The finale of dreams

It’s in danger of becoming a soft snooze, is it? If Judd can not significantly reduce the difference in this afternoon session, then it could be a procession for Ronnie. In his favor, Jade was once 9-4 against an equally dominant Ronnie in the 2014 UK Championship final, before a five-frame blitz of him forced a referee. The bad news for Judd is that in this World Cup, Ronnie has not lost another season.

Good afternoon!

We are back and it is the last day of the 2022 World Snooker Championship. It is time to arrange the big one and see who gets the title and the 250 big ones that accompany him. For now, it seems to be Ronnie O’Sullivan. He has been calm in this tournament so far, setting aside his opponents without stretching, and that continued yesterday. Despite two verbal conversations with referee Olivier Marteel, the attention was not distracted, as we saw with Ronnie’s previous replays, and he led 12-5 in the final. In the end he was a visibly tired Jade Trump. After removing his semifinal from the fire against Mark Williams on Saturday, the tank looked empty yesterday. It was the story of his tournament as the 2019 champion never caught fire at Crucible this year. If he can not find something today, it could end very quickly. Jade needs the kind of return that would make Lazarus look relaxed. Still, he had a nightmare and he’s starting from scratch today. We could only see six frames, we can get the full 17. let’s tune in and see how this comes out.

Welcome back for the last day

It all ended there: the last day of the 2022 World Championship in Crucible. Ronnie O’Sullivan will continue his battle with Judd Trump in the Crucible World Championship final with everything on the line. There is no better way than this. O’Sullivan has taken the lead in the race and is taking advantage of that with him in Monday’s final sessions as he looks forward to a record-breaking triumph. O’Sullivan is just six frames from the seventh title that equals a record at the Crucible in Sheffield, after he managed to lead Trump to the final with 12-5 before the resumption of the match on Monday. The pair return on Monday afternoon (13:00 BST) for eight more frames, with Trump needing at least three to ensure the tournament’s match will head to the final session (19:00 BST). Even if Trump manages to significantly improve his level when the duo return to the table, Eurosport experts Jimmy White and Alan McManus consider O’Sullivan to be “unstoppable” given the way he is currently playing at Crucible. “You have to be very strong as a referee” – McManus and White clash with O’Sullivan “It just looks like a masterclass,” White told the Eurosport studio. “It just flows around…

Judd Trump – Ronnie O’Sullivan

19: 44-22: 59

Let’s have it

The players go out to the Crucible Theater to arrange this match, and there it buzzes completely. It’s the last session of the 2022 World Snooker Championship, keep your hats off. World Championship Trump counters O’Sullivan to set up the tempting finale 3 HOURS BEFORE

Legacy

There is so much on the line tonight. If Ronnie reaches the top eighteen, he will win his seventh world title, equaling a modern-day record, and become the oldest Crucible era world champion. Jade, on the other hand, could change the mindset of his entire career. He is currently an incredibly talented winner in each of the Triple Crowns, but has not amassed them in multiples to top the list of the best to have ever played this game. If he makes one of the most epic comebacks in Crucible history tonight, that talk changes. Along with all this, there is a cool half mill for grabs and for the winner.

Tonight, tonight

So where is this going to go? Would you like Judd’s momentum from the afternoon session, but would you trade it for the current score? Regardless, the facts are that he is 14-11 in Ronnie and is still the favorite. For what it’s worth, I would expect Ronnie to reorganize and deal with it. Judd did not have his spotlight well at any point in this tournament, and that includes earlier today. But what do I know? We may well end up following the final black around the table in a decision here.

Good afternoon!

The procession is out, the pressure is opposite. Judd Trump failed to return to this final and is now following Ronnie O’Sullivan with just three frames as we begin this afternoon session. The winning line is there, and they can both see it. we should be at the Crucible for a night.
Ronnie needs four, Jade needs seven. grab a drink and hold on to something.

These are us for the afternoon

We will return from 6.45 p.m. BST for completing a final that now has some serious heat beneath it.

Judd Trump counters Ronnie O’Sullivan

Jade hats there, because he looked everywhere in places last night and left himself a mountain to climb today. He has put the crampons in his boots and he really succeeds, winning that session 6-2 to get a huge chunk of Ronnie’s lead. When we return, Ronnie will need four and Judd seven. the tension has just risen in the Crucible this afternoon and we could prepare for an explosive night.

Sullivan 14-11 Trump

The frame is soon on the bench and Jad lets his hand be rounded to a 105 and win the final frame of the afternoon. This has not changed completely, but look at this gap now! Ronnie leads by three frames, and we could have a dramatic finish tonight. Anyway, Judd leaves the Crucible with a huge smile on his kipper.

Sullivan 14-10 Trump (0-60)

Ronnie takes a touch, hits the pink after a missed shot and accidentally finds his way back to the baulk. And what about Judd – he’s missing a wild thrash in a red on the bottom left, he’s sending red everywhere and he seems to have left the box open, until a stray red falls in the middle left! They have fallen to him like a training table, and he is in pink. This is a potentially huge moment in this match. Judd’s has already added 39 and it seems impossible to miss from here.

Sullivan 14-10 Trump (0-21)

Large klaxon frame, as this will make a huge difference in the musical mood before the evening session. Ronnie has a nice opportunity to score but his shot is not quite accurate and the ball misses the target. It falls near the green pocket and Jad pulls it out along with the rest. He then gives the pack a hit after putting the blue, falls on a plant and soon goes red again. It is not a good split and is glued to red, so it decides to return to the baulk.

Sullivan 14-10 Trump

Given how it went today, this is a huge effort by Ronnie, and the cue ball has to do a few miles. It does not always land on the right side of the blue, which does not help, but it has crossed the victory line by half a century and the blue that follows is additional insurance. He then loses a red bottom left with the rest. Jade looks at the table and with three snookers required, decides to fold it.

Sullivan 13-10 Trump (29-1)

The other side of the intrepid is reckless. with a much easier safety as an option, Judd decides to play everything in a long red bottom left. It’s such a hard shot and misses a lot, sending reds everywhere. Pink and black are intertwined, so Ronnie should be using the blue and baulk colors for now, but it’s an opportunity to stay at the table with so many loose reds to play.

Sullivan 13-10 Trump (6-1)

So Trump will win the session and we have two more frames to get here. This is such an important turning point, and all the momentum is with Judd right now. Ronnie grabs coffee from a safe and leaves a red one on the bottom right. Jade rattles it furiously, but then loses a black from his point on the bottom right! My days, this is tense Ronnie clears a loose red and separates the pack from the blue, but does not land on anything. does not run for him this afternoon.

Sullivan 13-10 Trump

… and it does! It’s five to six for Judd, and we have a live here!

Sullivan 13-9 Trump (51-40)

In a great security exchange, Jade flashes first, eventually leaving a red on the bottom right, and Ronnie wipes it to land in the cafe. He then takes a brutal hard red along the pillow, and has missed it and left it on his lower jaw! Can Jad dine here? He arranges the reds and then survives a shocking moment as the blue wipes his feet before falling in the left middle, but it is in the yellow and he has to clean in the pink …

Sullivan 13-9 Trump (46-27)

Jade enters the herd after putting on the blue and has to get a hard red with the spider to continue. He does, but finishes high in black and loses it bottom right. It’s not the easiest opportunity for Ronnie, but a neat red-blue-red to start sets up a blue to open the rest of the pack, which he does and is in red. A blue recovery to the green pocket, a few shots later, holds him, but he can not do the same with a red down left immediately after and that ends his break at 30. The reds are safe and this upcoming safety exchange looks like a great moment in the fight.

Sullivan 13-9 Trump (16-0)

Ronnie’s bottom pillow is missing a red long in his yellow pocket. It just covers the corner of the potting in the left half, but Judd tries to turn around the coffee and throw the red to dead weight. This is an extremely dangerous shot, and he missed it and left it. Ronnie is in, but the premature split of the bundle goes wrong and he’s missing a red high in the right waist joint. Judd starts easily and it’s another opportunity for him.

Sullivan 13-9 Trump

This should see Judd at home in it. Despite being hampered by the appearance of green and brown, Judd hits red from a distance down the right and is perfect in pink. He quickly made sure of the frame with 23, and has won four of the five frames so far. If he can win this mini session, we will have a little night.

Sullivan 13-8 Trump (20-43)

Jade almost misses a red on the bottom right, hitting it and then plays a horrible position shot when he throws the black. He finds a red color for recovery, but ends up stuck in a collar, and has no choice but to go behind the green. He is a brutal snooker and the four remaining reds are in the countryside, but Ronnie escapes without leaving anything.

Sullivan 13-8 Trump (20-2)

Let’s go again, they say. Judd breaks, Ronnie misses a long red bottom left and Judd converts a red to right in the middle to start. This leaves him with an elegant cut in the black lower left … and he does not put it enough and he does not reach! Can it be expensive? Ronnie is far away, bringing some more reds to the game after putting on the blue and breaking the pack of two pillows, but soon loses a cut to a red bottom left. Jade turns a red in the left half, and what a chance that is.

Here we are, we will be with you again in 15 minutes.
