In an unrelated shooting Sunday afternoon, two Philadelphia police officers in civilian clothes witnessed a deadly shooting that left a man dead when three men in an SUV opened fire from their car, shooting a 31-year-old man several times, Fox 29 reported. Police responded to the SUV, but it is not clear if any of the perpetrators were hit, police said. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition before succumbing to his injuries. No suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made, police said.
