DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. – Police arrested a woman accused of shooting a 17-year-old in the face. Officials said the woman shot the teenager during an outburst of rage. The victim is being treated at a local hospital and is expected to be released, police said. She will appear in court for her first appearance on Monday morning. MOVIE STORIES: Police said the suspect was traveling in Interstate 20 east shortly after 4pm on Sunday in a black sedan. He was spotted coming out on Chapel Hill Road and police believe he was traveling from the Carrollton area. Police offered $ 5,000 for information leading to the woman’s arrest.
