After a two-week fraud investigation, Owen Sound Police (OSPS) recovered $ 10,000 worth of Home Depot products. OSPS said the goods were purchased using a stolen credit card on Saturday, April 16 and that the investigation followed the delivery of the products to a rental store. After receiving a search warrant, police said the products were recovered and returned to the Home Depot. As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old Owen Sound woman was arrested and faces several charges, including fraud over $ 5,000. The woman is due to appear in court in Ontario – Owen Sound in May 2022.
