Huebner, who went missing on April 29, is described as a 47-year-old Caucasion, five feet eight inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He has blond hair and brown eyes and was last seen in jeans, a white jacket and a white hood. The RCMP believes Huebner planned to travel to central Vancouver Island....
