Listen, I think so far we have all waited patiently — or anxiously if you are like me, me and me— Do not worry darlingOlivia Wilde’s upcoming film starring Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Wilde, Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, KiKi Layne, Nick Kroll and others.
Up to this point, not much has been known about the plot – to date. According to the official summary of Warner Bros. Do not worry darling follows “Alice (Pugh) and Jack (Styles), who are lucky enough to live in Victory, the city of the experimental company that hosts the men who work for the top secret Victory Project and their families.”
“Life is perfect, with the needs of every resident being met by the company. All they ask for in return is an unquestionable commitment to the cause of Victory. But when cracks begin to appear in their idyllic life, exposing flashes of something much more awful “Hidden under the attractive façade, Alice can not help but wonder what they do at Victory and why. How willing is Alice to lose to reveal what is really going on in paradise?”
Like, just from this summary, I was sold. Add Florence Pugh and Harry Styles and I’m going to rate it as one of my favorite movies of all time.
I think it is safe to say that Florence is easily considered one of the best young actresses today. I mean he landed on the map with Midsummer and then won an Oscar nomination for her work as Amy March at Greta Gerwig’s Little women. There really is no species that can not cope.

Meanwhile, the film also marks one of the biggest acting roles for Harry Styles, who has previously appeared in Dunkirk and Marvel’s Eternal.
The film also marks the second collaboration between writer Katie Silberman and Olivia Wilde, who previously collaborated Booksmart. The duo will also be working on the upcoming Sony and Marvel movie Spider woman.
Anyway, there is a lot to decompress in the first trailer. We see the seemingly perfect wedding of Alice and Jack …
… which includes several sex scenes between Pugh and Styles that I watch … respectfully.

Olivia Wilde’s character in the film also appears to be Alice and Jack’s neighbor, whom Alice is trying to trust.
We also have a great first look at Chris Pine’s Frank, who is the CEO of the top secret Victory Project, and his wife Shelley, played by Gemma Chan.

Basically, I’m so excited about this movie and I look forward to seeing this flawless cast face this psychological thriller. Now, it will take me 10 to 15 business days to recover from this 2 minute and 52 second trailer.
Do not worry darling hits theaters in the US on September 23, 2022.
