Trinh T. Nguyen, 38, was arrested Monday without incident at Washington Crossing United Methodist Church on Wrightstown Road 1800 in Washington Crossing. Action Cam arrived at the scene around noon to see Nguyen in handcuffs surrounded by police. The Upper Makefield Township Police Department had issued a warning for Nguyen hours earlier. Police say they are wanted for attempted homicide related to the home of several victims. It was considered armed and dangerous. The search led police to a home in Newtown, Bucks County. Police blocked the road to traffic. While the Action Cam was near the location of the house, police vehicles with lighted sirens were seen heading towards the church. Following her arrest, Nguyen’s 2018 Toyota Sienna white van was towed by the church. No further details have been released on the extent of the minor victims’ injuries or their relationship to the suspect. The police department is cooperating with the District Prosecutor’s Office for the investigation. Officials have scheduled a press conference at 2pm to provide additional information on the case.
